Crochet hook: B/C-1/2 (2.5 mm)
Materials: Embroidery needle and black yarn, 2 safety eyes (8 mm), filling.
Yarn: Rainbow Cotton 8/4

Head

R1: 6 sc in a mr [6]
R2: inc 6x [12]
R3: 1 sc, inc 6x [18]
R4: 2 sc, inc 6x [24]

R6: 4 sc, inc 6x [36]
R7: 5 sc, inc 6x [42]
R8: 6 sc, inc 6x [48]

R10-R17: 1 sc in each st (8 rounds) [54]
R18: 7 sc, dec 6x [48]

Insert the safety eye between rows 12/13 with 8 sts between the eyes. Fill the head with
filling and ongoing while you finish the head.
R20: 5 sc, dec 6x [36]

Fill the head nice and tightly.

Cut the yarn. Leave a long thread for sewing.
Place the snout right below the eyes, at the top of R13 and at the bottom of R20. See the

Embroider the mouth and nostrils in black.

Fill the body nice and tightly, weave in ends.
Embroider a christmas tree on the front of the sweater and sew the head on the body.

Collar
In white
Make 22 ch, start in 2nd ch from the hook and work 21 sc. Cut the yarn and leave a long thread for sewing on the collar exactly between the sweater and the head. See the picture.

Arms
Make 2 in Dark Powder Rose (064) and White (001).
Start with Dark Powder Rose:
R1: 6 sc in a mr [6]
R2: inc 6x [12]
R3-5: 1 sc in all sts (3 rounds) [12]
R6: work 1 bubble stitch*, 11 sc [12]
R7-11: 1 sc in all sts (5 rounds) [12]
Fill the hand with filling and ongoing while you work the arm.
*Bubble stitch = this is the thumb and is worked like this: yo, put through next st and pick up thread, yo and crochet through 2 loops.* Don’t finish the dc, but start the next dc by repeating the steps between
* *. Make 5 of these unfinished dc. At the end you will have 6 loops on the hook. Yo again and crochet through all 6 loops.

Switch to white:
R12-21: 1 sc in all sts (10 rounds) [12]
R22: *dec* 6x [6]
Fold the arm flat and work through both loops with 3 sc. Sew the arm to the body in R22.

Legs
Make 2 in Dark Powder Rose (064):
Make 8 ch and begin in the 2nd ch from the hook:
