Easy Happy New Year Cake
The pastry is sweet, prepared by baking in the oven or in another way, given a special taste with various substances added to it. Yeah, yeah, you know, that definition belongs to a cake.
It is a dessert covered with cream, usually made with chocolate and fresh fruits, identified with celebrations such as birthday, Valentine's day and New Year's day of cream cakes.
Place the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Then this mixture is poured into a cake mold and baked in the oven until fully cooked. Chocolate, fruit, strawberry, vanilla cake can be made in our home and with our hands.
Ingredients;
For sponge cake
3 eggs
90g (7 tbsp) granulated sugar
90g (3/4 cup) flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
30g (2 tbsp) milk
2 tbsp (26g) vegetable oil
Decoration
Syrup: 40 g granulated sugar + 80 g hot water
Powdered cream: 500g unsweetened whipped cream + 50g granulated sugar
